Yes. We carry $1 million in general liability insurance and can name your organization as an additional insured on our policy — required by most Maryland county parks, HOA agreements, school districts, and corporate venues. We deliver the COI within 24 hours of booking. We've navigated this process with Baltimore County, Howard County, and Montgomery County parks many times.
For large events (50+ guests), we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for summer weekends (May–September) which fill fastest. Corporate and HOA events often need 2–4 weeks for COI processing and logistics planning. We are 100% self-contained for everything except a standard water source. You need access to a garden hose connection within 100 feet of the event area. We bring the industrial foam cannon, all foam solution, sound system, power (generator available if needed), and our trained operator. No tents, extra staff, or equipment needed on your end.
Absolutely. For festivals and full-day events, we can run multiple foam sessions throughout the day, cycling groups through so more guests get the full experience.
